I look at the weather around the world and I sometimes feel guilty if I complain if its drizzing outside. I live in Sault Ste. Marie - for those that stalk my street is .. lol it would not be hard to find. We are on the Canadian Shield "large geological shield covered by a thin layer of soil that forms the nucleus of the North American or Laurentia craton. It has a deep, common, joined bedrock region in eastern and central Canada and stretches North from the Great Lakes to the Arctic Ocean, covering over half the country." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_Shield
Located in the centre of the Great Lakes we are shielded from many of weathers turmoils. We have experienced very minor tremors, an occasional wind storm (the Ontario government never likes to refer to them as funnel clouds) and regular rain, wind and snow. We are in a snow belt but have never been declared a disaster area for any of natures tramas. In other words we are very fortunate living here. Our only fear is getting between a mother bear and her cubs or a gambler and the casino.
So I think I shouldn't complain and think of all those that have much much worse to content with.
Be safe and well everyone.
